UTERINE DISPLACEMENT
Uterine displacement is a condition that causes the position of the uterus to shift. It usually features relocation to the lower pelvic region. Uterine displacement can often occur after birth or after several births.Women, who suffer from uterine displacement, feel pain in the lower abdomen and urine retention.A gynecological examination is needed to identify the condition. Urine displacement usually demands surgical intervention.
Uterine prolapse is one of the common reproductive organ problems in women. Years of child bearing take it toll on pelvic muscles making them loose and slack. Loose pelvic muscles are not able to hold the uterus on place properly. Thus the condition of prolapsed uterus occurs. In this condition uterus hangs in upper or lower vagina. Sometimes it even comes out of vagina causing severe pain and discomfort.
Several factors lead to slackening of pelvic muscles. The main one behind prolapsed uterus is high level of pressure on pelvic muscles leading to its slackening. A lack of exercise also increases the chances of pelvic muscles being loose.
The uterus or the womb is slung in the pelvic cavity and has great freedom of movement upwards, downwards, towards the right and to the left. It’s natural position is for its long axis being directed upwards and forwards between the bladder and the rectum but the position at anytime varies considerably according to the distension of the one or the other. Displacement of the uterus may occur because of many reasons and it is accompanied, generally by inflammation.
The downward displacement of the uterus is known as prolapse and in this condition the uterus slips downward in the space between the rectum and the bladder. The condition comes on in older women, usually those who are becoming stout, have a considerable amount of the work to do and have in child birth suffered laceration of the parts that should support the uterus.
The uterus distends during pregnancy when the foetus grows, its muscles getting distended along with the progress of the pregnancy. The muscles, which support the uterus in its position, have to be strong to bear the burden of the growing child. The stress on the muscles is very great during childbirth, they must have the capacity to support at least 15 pounds of weight, after delivery the uterus resumes its former shape and the muscles is missing, they are unable to revert to their original position.
Treatment Of Uterine Prolapse
Prolapsed uterus treatment depends upon the degree of lapse.More the protrusion of uterus more higher level of treatment is required. There are both surgical and non-surgical methods of treatment depending on the level of lapse.
If there is only a mild lapse then only exercise can also help. Pelvic floor exercises are meant to strengthen the pelvic muscles. These exercises tighten the pelvic muscles and help them to enable top hold the uterus on place. Loosing weight for fat women and not wearing tight clothes also helps as they release the pressure on pelvic area. High level of pressure results in slackening of muscles thus exercises for releasing pressure on pelvic area and strengthening the muscles do help.
It is needed to take good care during pregnancy to prevent prolapsed uterus.Good care during pregnancy helps in strengthening pelvic muscles. Avoiding prolonged labor also help, as it tend to slacken pelvic muscles. After delivery diet should be taken care of. Regular exercises for strengthening of pelvic muscles also help to prevent the lapse situation. One should manage weight and activities in such a way that there is no high level of pressure on pelvic muscles.
A healthy female, it should be noted, does not experience any difficulty in childbirth and there are no complications after wards. Prevention being always better than cure, antenatal care and proper diet can ward off the danger of displacement of the uterus. The best way to deal with the displacement of the uterus is the naturopathic way.

The use of natural products provides progressive, long lasting, safer results, and advised to use until the best results achieved.
Lady Care Capsule is used primarily for uterine weakness and as a childbirth aid. It is considered a uterine stimulant in most circumstances because it improves uterine muscle tone. But Lady Care Capsule also has an antispasmodic effect on cramps. Because of its dual actions, herbalists describe Lady Care Capsule as a uterine capsule. Methyl cytosine, an alkaloid found in Lady Care Capsule, is thought to be antispasmodic, while the triterpenoid saponin hederagenin is thought to provide the increased uterine tone.
Lady Care Capsule is classified as an emmenagogue, meaning it stimulates menstrual flow. It dilates blood vessels in the uterus and promotes circulation in the pelvis, making it helpful for women who experience scanty, spotty menstrual flow; irregular periods; and difficult, painful periods.
Lady Care Capsule seems to work best for women whose menstrual cramps are most painful on the first day of their periods. You may use Lady Care Capsule to relieve menstrual cramps and to treat a weak, worn-out, or sluggish-acting uterine muscle — indicated by no cramps or weak cramps, but prolonged bleeding; weak pelvic, abdominal, and thigh muscles; and an aching, dragging sensation during the menstrual period.
Lady Care Capsule helps correct uterine prolapse (sagging of the uterus in the pelvic cavity). This condition may stem from multiple childbirths or tissue laxity due to overweight or obesity. Lady Care Capsule also may help the uterus shrink back to its appropriate size after childbirth, although women who are breastfeeding their infants should avoid taking it.

Symptoms Of Uterine Prolapse
Uterus is one of the most important parts of a woman’s reproductive system. It holds the child for nine months and nurtured it throughout the period. Sometimes due to various reasons uterus is dislocated from its original position. It is called uterine prolapse. In this dislocation uterus comes down to vagina. It can be in upper vagina or the lower vagina. Sometimes cervix or the opening of uterus comes out of vagina.
One of the major symptoms of prolapsed uterus is heaviness in the pelvic area. Sometimes bladder may also feel full all the time. The patient can also feel that something is falling out in vagina. There is difficulty in passing stools and most of the time bowels are not emptied fully. Before and during menstruation these symptoms become more severe in nature. Some patients also feel backache. Some have heavy discharge during periods and some may have unusual vaginal discharges.
In major cases cervix comes out of vagina and cause discomfort and pain. There may also be bleeding. Many patients feel increase in frequency and urge to urinate. There may also be problem having sexual intercourse. Due to protruding uterus it becomes difficult to have sex. Some women may even suffer from sterility.
Causes Of Uterine Prolapse
There are many factors causing uterine prolapse. The most important reason is slacking of pelvic muscles, which hold uterus on place. Mostly a woman having many children have this problem as with every birth the muscles around and in uterus loosens and leading to prolapsed uterus. Woman who suffer labor pain for long periods during pregnancy are at greater risk of uterus being prolapsed.
Some times heavy weight also put more pressure on pelvic muscles leading to prolapsed uterus. Constipation for long time and chronic cases of constipation also put high pressure on pelvic muscles and hence increases the risk. Other important factors are tumors, hormone therapy and other things, which put high level of pressure on pelvic muscles. This high pressure increases the risk of uterine prolapse. Lack of exercise also makes pelvic muscles to loose their elasticity and increases chances of dislocation of uterus.
It is after menopause that prolapse generally occurs, as a result of lessened amounts of estrogen. Obesity, a chronic cough, asthma, diabetes, chronic bronchitis, or straining during bowel movements are other causes. Prolapse is more common in white people; the reason is not known. Most prolapses occur before the age of 55.
When the uterus drops too far, a cystocele results (the bladder bulges into the front wall of the vagina or a ureterocele; a urethra that does the same).
